Professional Audit: Credibility and Security
Nine experienced auditors are available to perform audit tasks for companies across various industries, budgetary institutions, and financial enterprises, handling reports prepared according to Hungarian standards, IFRS.
Although the audit threshold for statutory audit obligation has risen significantly in the last year, business owners and creditors can feel much more confident about an annual report if it is certified by a professionally recognised auditor with excellent credentials. In addition, the fact that the balance sheet submitted to the bank has been certified by an internationally recognised auditing firm is also an important factor when borrowing. Our audited accounts are accepted by most foreign and domestic banks.
A subsidiary of a foreign group, irrespective of its size, is required to have its annual accounts audited, in particular with regard to compliance with international accounting standards and the preparation of the preparatory balance sheet for the consolidation of the group. We also have considerable experience and excellent references in this area.

Our firm’s staff review the annual accounts, certify the consistency of the accounting records and ensure that the annual accounts are prepared in accordance with the required laws and accounting standards. The annual accounts, including the consolidated accounts, will be provided with the statutory audit opinion. At the end of the audit, we prepare an analytical audit report, in several languages if required; currently with colleagues who are fluent in English, German and Italian. We can also perform audits of clients’ annual accounts under IFRS and US GAAP.
The Audit Network Hungary Ltd.’s auditors also have the specific qualifications required to audit financial organisations and budgetary entities.
When companies are acquired or merged, the need to determine the corporate’s value and goodwill often arises. To help you make the right decision, we can prepare the necessary economic calculations and assist you in the transaction. We carry out a number of economic and financial due diligence procedures for our clients each year.
If the company is established by means of a contribution in kind, it may be necessary to have the value and marketability of the contribution confirmed by an auditor. We can also assist you in this task.
Audit of European Union Grants and Quality Assurance
The Audit Network Hungary Ltd. also undertakes audits of EU and government grants.

János Lukács
Managing Director
For thirty-three years, he has been running his accounting, auditing and business consulting firm, which is mainly commissioned by Austrian and German-based companies in the construction, trading and service industries. For eight years he was also President of the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors. He is currently President of the OKKT and trains and examines prospective auditors. He heads the Department of Accounting at Corvinus University of Budapest.
He is a member of the editorial board of the auditors’ professional journal (called Szakma). Managing Director of Audit Network Ltd since its foundation. He is certified in budgetary, IFRS and listed issuer certification.
He is a regular contributor to professional journals, conference presenter and author or co-author of several textbooks. He has served as chairman or member of the supervisory boards of several large companies.
József Zöldi
Managing Director
He has been working in the audit field for more than 25 years and have been a registered auditor since 2009. In addition to auditing annual accounts, he has considerable experience in auditing restructurings and preacquisition due diligence assignments. He also has specific expertise in the analysis and logical filtering of large data sets with IDEA. He is also responsible for identifying, implementing and monitoring the operation of advanced IT solutions used by ANH.
Vilmos Wessely
Managing Director
He has been working in the profession for 34 years as the head of an international audit and tax advisory firm providing professional services mainly to Hungarian subsidiaries of foreign companies. He was the managing director of Budapest Consultans Kft until 2021, and he is the founding managing director of Audit Network Kft.
He represents the company in several international audit organizations, like LEA Global, Kreston International and Audittrust. He has audit certifications for financial institution and IFRS. Besides managing financial audits, he specialiseds in IT support in the field of audit and taxation, on which he has written and edited a textbook. He is a regular lecturer and examiner in audit training at the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors. He is co-author of the methodological handbook supporting the auditing of SMEs published by the Chamber of Auditors. He speaks German and English.
Enikő Imre
Partner
Registered auditor with more than 20 years of experience in auditing and accounting. She is the Quality Assurance Partner of Audit Network Hungary. She started her professional career at PwC and gained audit experience in Hungarian and internationally owned audit firms. He mainly audits manufacturing, service and trading companies, according to Hungarian and IFRS accounting rules, and also audits non-profit sector organisations. She gained partner position in 2022.
Csaba Kardos
Partner
He has 21 years of experience in the audit field, registered auditor since 2017, partner since 2023. His main clients include major manufacturing and trading companies as well as real estate leasing project companies. Over the years, he has also gained significant experience in auditing restructurings.
Anna Tóth
Partner
After graduating as an economist,she worked in finance, accounting and controlling for Hungarian subsidiaries of international companies in the commercial, manufacturing, insurance and pharmaceutical industries. Registered auditor since 2004, signing auditor since 2017. She is certified in financial institutions, investment undertakings, treasury, issuers and IFRS. Her strengths include experience in a business environment, enabling him to support clients effectively. Partner since 2023.
Krisztina Bolvári

She became registered auditor in 2024. She has more than 25 years of experience in the field of accounting. As an accountant she has faced many challenges which have strengthened her commitment. For her, professional integrity, precision and reliability are core values. She is committed to teamwork and client-oriented cooperation as the basis for successful and efficient work. It is important to her that clients always receive the highest quality service.
Zsófia Királyné Szabó
Partner
She obtained her degree in economics at Corvinus University of Budapest, which she supplemented with a law degree from ELTE Faculty of Law. After her university studies she worked in controlling and then in accounting, and in the meantime she has qualified as an auditor, tax consultant and IFRS chartered accountant. She has been working as an audit assistant for eight years, auditing transport, real estate development, tourism, trade and manufacturing companies. Currently she became a partner is a suspended Chambe in Audit Network Hungary Kft. She has German, Italian and English language qualifications.
Mrs Anita Lázár Rafaiszné

Currently working for the group as an audit trainee. Thanks to her 6 years of experience as an internal auditor in the construction sector and her qualifications as a building technician and technical auditor, she is primarily involved in auditing construction companies. Her future goal is to work as an auditor after gaining a high level of professional practice and experience.

Tax partner
He has been a member of the professional team of Budapest Consultans Kft. since the autumn of 2000, and he is currently the managing director, and at the same time tax partner of Audit Network Hungary Kft. He specialises in taxation and finding the optimal way through the maze of Hungarian taxes. He has considerable experience in acting as a fiscal representative under the Hungarian Tax regulation. His multi-faceted client activity provides him with opportunities for continuous professional development. He also applies his creative energies to the implementation of corporate governance systems.
